Smart Money – Huge money. Anytime they join in the market , big boys always create the “Footprint” to follow.Firstly, we need to understand some phase they will do in the market. Please refer my summary for smart money phases as below - you will learn more detail on this course also. Phase 0. Test liquidityThey normally join to catch the bottom or Top when momentum of market already weak after a long trend.For example : In up trend, smart money will buy a little to test whether momentum is really weak to buy. At this phase we cannot confirm 100% and just wait for next action.Phase 1. AbsorbingSmart money jump into market strongly after testing successfully. Buyers normally absorb all the sellers in a very short time.  IMBALANCE will be created. That is first confirmation that Smart Money came and we need to think about trading plan soon.Phase 2. Lack of liquidityIncreasing too fast will cause “Lack of liquidity” – Smart money will push market go down with signals that traders call “Over bought”. They manipulate market to go lower strongly to attract more sellers who are the liquidity for them to buy at a cheap price. Come to POI zoneThey (Big boys) almost have enough liquidity from sellers to fill their “empty wallet”. And, Price also came into DISCOUNT ZONE – Strongest BUYING zone that we call as name POI.
