This course introduces the foundations of community engagement and content strategy. You’ll learn how to build engaging online communities, create content that drives participation, and align community initiatives with broader business objectives. Through practical examples and guided activities, you’ll explore the role of a community manager, the key elements of successful online communities, and how various community types serve different goals.
