About this course

On completion of this module, you will be able to assess the impact and implications of projects within organisations, understand the approaches used to plan and manage them, and recognise the challenges of achieving and sustaining organisational change. You will develop the ability to analyse project requirements, evaluate change drivers, and apply structured methods to guide both project delivery and organisational transformation.Change is an inevitable part of modern organisational life.
