The first course introduces the core financial concepts behind valuation, including return on invested capital, growth, stock market performance, and the valuation of ESG and digital initiatives. The second course expands into practical valuation methodologies and performance analysis. The final course focuses on applying valuation in strategic corporate finance decisions.
