This comprehensive hypnotherapy training program provides a strong foundation in the art and science of clinical hypnosis, taught by Dr. Steve G. Jones, Ed.D., a clinical hypnotherapist with over 40 years of experience.Students will move through eight structured modules covering every essential component of a professional hypnotherapy session. The course begins with a thorough introduction to hypnotherapy—including the stages of consciousness (Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta), the history of hypnosis in medical practice, and the responsibilities of a professional hypnotherapist.From there, students learn how to conduct a proper pretalk to prepare clients for their first session, followed by hands-on training in relaxation inductions that engage all five senses. The deepening module teaches techniques to guide clients into progressively deeper states of relaxation. The scripts module—the core of any hypnotherapy session—covers how to write and deliver personalized therapeutic suggestions for issues such as weight loss, smoking cessation, confidence, finding love, and financial success.Additional modules address amnesia techniques that help the subconscious mind retain positive suggestions, and trance termination methods that gently return clients to full waking consciousness.Throughout the course, students complete practical homework assignments and produce their own recorded hypnotherapy session from start to finish, building a professional tool they can use immediately with clients.
