How do leaders build teams that can adapt, innovate, and perform in an increasingly complex world? This specialization introduces Harvard Business School Professor Amy Edmondson's research on dynamic teaming, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership. Learners explore how modern organizations build collaborative cultures that enable people to contribute their expertise, learn from one another, and solve complex problems across changing teams and environments. Across two courses, learners examine the foundations of dynamic teaming, the role of psychological safety in team performance, and how inclusion enables organizations to fully leverage diverse perspectives. Through examples from healthcare, financial services, technology, the military, and other industries, learners develop practical leadership tools for building high-performing teams, fostering open communication, and creating cultures where people can learn, adapt, and contribute their best work.
