I know what I am like after coming back from a long-haul holiday. Lethargic, Demotivated, and feeling a bit of dread for what I need to face at work. The past few months has taken its toll on our energy levels and motivation.The ability to find and cultivate momentum back into our work is not only good for our mental fitness and well being, it is great for our people and clients too.
