About this course

In this course, you will get a detail level understanding of what is Design Thinking, how to use it in your own Customer Workshop. The course has 2 major components that contain different approaches on Design Thinking principle: E-Commerce End It covers a detailed analysis of non-SAP customer requirements followed by mapping of those requirements to User Experience and finally the creation of UI wireframe that follows Material Design Guidelines. ERP End It covers a detailed analysis of SAP customer requirements which is again mapped into User Experience and finally the creation of UI wireframe that follows Fiori Design Guidelines.
