About this course

Saying no is never easy - for a number of reasons! You may be anxious about how the other person will react, you may worried about damaging your relationships or you may have FOMO (the fear of missing out).  Whatever be your reason, if you've reached this page, you know, deep down, that sometimes, you just need to put your foot down and say no. And we'll help you do that. Without upsetting the other person, damaging relationships or missing out on anything important! Through a series of videos and exercises, we'll take you through a practical journey of learning to say no, one small, systematic step at a time.
