About this course

This Specialization, based on Nonprofit Management 101, guides learners through nonprofit leadership, operations, fundraising, marketing, and governance. Gain essential skills in strategy, law, advocacy, diversity, and executive leadership to support mission-driven organizations. The second course focuses on the operational systems that sustain nonprofit organizations. Learners examine financial management, technology planning, web design, evaluation and learning plans, and constituent relationship management. The course also develops fundraising knowledge through donor strategies, grants, online fundraising, peer-to-peer campaigns, cause marketing, and social enterprise approaches.
