About this course

This Specialization introduces students to the fundamentals of financial management, including financial markets, financial statements, risk and return, capital budgeting, and securities valuation. Students will develop the skills to evaluate firm performance, apply time value of money tools, assess capital structure and dividend policy, and make informed financial decisions in domestic and international business contexts.
