MEP Installation in any projects are key to functioning of it. However, Many MEP Engineers though they are technically matured, unable to complete the project within cost, time, scope and with desired quality. The Project Management Curriculum is not part of their studies. This course bridge that gap. With over 25 + years in experience and being PMP, I have crafted this course by blending the fundamentals of PMP and practical experience in MEP. The focus is given for MEP project which can help MEP engineers to manage their projects effectively and efficiently. The Course Structure include why projects are drivers of change to terminologies, common mistakes, who is project manager, Project Management processes, Scope, Cost, Time, Quality, Stake holders, communication, HR, Profitability, Change Management, Risk Management, Monitoring and Controlling, Safety, Integration and Closing of the project.There are many practical examples and case studies which can relate to one's day to works. There are various dash boards for monitoring and review of projects.Along with this course there are various resources given which help MEP project Engineers.  This course is for one and all who are at their beginning of career, midlevel or for the owners of the organizations to understand overview of project management.There are 13 sessions which one can go through at his/her convenience.
