About this course

Delta exams are required for holders of mainline ServiceNow certifications who did not take the certification exam for the latest release (i.e., Zurich).Delta exam period for Zurich: January 16, 2025 – April 116, 2025.Exam details:Usually consists of 20 or fewer questions.Open book, non-proctored, and timed (1-1.5 hours).Focuses on ServiceNow updates related to the latest release (Zurich).Annual maintenance fee:A $200 fee ($100 for ServiceNow Partner organizations) is due during the delta exam period.Applies to mainline certification holders who have held their certification for 1 year or longer.Only applicable if you’ve had at least 1 mainline ServiceNow certification for 1 year or longer by the maintenance fee period start.Delta exam requirements:You must take the delta exam if you did not take the certification exam for the latest ServiceNow release (Zurich).To check your certification status, log in to Now Learning, click "My Certifications", and if it says "At Risk", you need to take the delta exam before the exam period ends.Attempts:You can take the delta exam up to 5 times.Post-April 15, 2025:If you do not pass the delta exam or pay the maintenance fee (if applicable), you will become uncertified and must retake the original certification exam.Content: The content of delta exams is based on the release notes for the latest ServiceNow version (Zurich)
