And to own your voice. For BIPOC and underrepresented voices, navigating workplace meeting, often means fighting to be heard in spaces that weren’t designed for you in mind. This course is for people who want to have their voices not only heard but used in ways that are rewarding for the individual and the company.   With this sort of empowerment, landscapes in meetings can be forever altered.   in this course, you will learn how to handle interruptions, position your ideas, navigate any micro, aggressions, and use body language in a way that is effective. You will also learn recovery techniques that will get you back on track.
