Welcome to Chakra Sadhana and Kundalini, an Estudio Korunta training designed for yoga practitioners who want to explore the chakras, yogic physiology, and energetic practice from a progressive, serious, and structured perspective.This 8-month program guides you step by step through the traditional practice of Chakra Sadhana, a discipline dedicated to the study, activation, and contemplation of the energetic or psychic centers described in yoga. Through theory, asana, mudras, pranayama, mantras, visualization, and meditation, you will learn how to approach each chakra in a clear, gradual, and grounded way.The course is based on traditional teachings associated with Bihar Yoga and the approach of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, adapted into an accessible online format. The methodology progresses carefully, allowing each practice to be integrated before moving into the next stage.Although many students expect to begin with Muladhara Chakra, this tradition starts with Ajna Chakra, because concentration and mental clarity are essential for supporting the rest of the process.
