About this course

After several years of working deeply with cacao, and facilitation of 40+ ceremonies both virtually and in-person, I am honored to be offering this course. Ceremonial cacao is a beautiful, heart-opening sacred plant. Its presence is increasing in different parts of the world in the present day, I believe, as do many others, because the heart of humanity needs it. This course is not designed to teach you about the history or origin of cacao or its cultural significance, nor is it a structured approach to the precise steps taken to facilitate ceremonies for others. What it IS intended to do, is provide an experience; a guided cacao ceremony in which the participant will be able to:Connect with reverence to the energy of cacaoParticipate in gentle Qigong tapping and a cyclic breathing exerciseEnjoy an original guided meditation and visualizationExplore the theme "Moving Through It", which invites a connection to inner wisdom and earth energy for support during challenging times Reflect on any insights through written or other creative expressionExpand one's understanding of what exactly a cacao ceremony can look like and feel like (while keeping in mind the possibilities are endless!)Bolster confidence for those interested in facilitating cacao ceremonies for others, by providing a direct experience that can be drawn from for guidance and inspiration
