People in these types of relationships and situations are known as a "co-dependents". This is an addiction. The most common of all the addictions. And most often people will not leave unless they know the 13 steps to recovery and have appropriate recovery support and tools. Now, as a certified codependent coach and toxic relationship recovery coach you will know the step by step path to guide your client down to get them to leave the relationships they are addicted to.
