About this course
This course helps emerging women leaders negotiate, advocate and manage professional pressure with greater confidence and resilience. Learners will explore gender dynamics in negotiation, relationship-based negotiation strategies, conflict prevention and sustainable self-care. The course focuses on helping learners prepare for advocacy conversations, communicate value clearly, manage resistance constructively and protect their own wellbeing while pursuing important outcomes. Learners will also consider how negotiation and conflict-prevention skills can support alignment, trust and stronger leadership impact.
